Shipping & Returns
- We make best of our efforts to deliver successful orders within 24hrs of placing the order. Orders placed before 2 pm will be delivered on same day.
- After placing an order you will be receiving an e-mail confirming the same. If you do not receive the e-mail, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting Kiraanastore. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation after placing your order, please contact us at customercare@kiraanastore.com.
- To ensure that your order is delivered to you in a timely manner, we request you to provide complete details of the shipping address including correct PIN Code and contact number.
- We ship on all days (Monday to Saturday), except all public holidays. From 9 Am to 8 PM with different time options.
- Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a notification e-mail regarding the same.
- If the product delivered to you is not in good condition, or the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please do not accept the delivery & return it to the delivery personnel or call us at our customer care number. We will do our best to provide you the replacement as soon as possible.
- Please also note that, once our executive has left your premises, we do not accept any damage or broken complains (Including leaking & expired). So, we request you to check all the items at the time of delivery.
